Rachel D. Hodges is an attorney at The Julian Firm focusing on all areas of family law  including divorce, child custody, and protective orders. Her practice also includes probate, wills, and criminal defense. 

Experience

Ms. Hodges began her career as an Attorney serving 4 years at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office rising through the ranks to felony prosecutor. Rachel is a skilled trial attorney with extensive litigation experience. 

After law school, Ms. Hodges completed a clerkship for the Honorable Judge Jonathan Bailey in the 431st Judicial District Court of Denton County, Texas. 

Ms. Hodges is dedicated to providing compassionate legal solutions based upon each unique individual’s background and goals. She takes time to understand the full picture and helps navigate what is often a complicated and complex legal system. Academic Background

Rachel graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Hodges interned with Denton County Friends of the Family’s legal department where she assisted in complex legal issues related to the Hague Convention and international child abduction. Ms. Hodges received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University.  

Ms. Hodges is known amongst her peers and throughout the DFW metroplex to have an excellent reputation and an ethical and effective track record. Ms. Hodges is dedicated to investing in the community serving with local nonprofits including Denton County Friends of the Family whose mission is to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
